1. Please read and understand the rules.

2. Please read over the RP's plot. It might be different than you're expecting.

3. Please familiarize yourself with the various cities by clicking on the thread titled About -City-

4. Consider the type of character you want, and create a profile for it. To get an idea of what it should look like, please refer to here.

5. In addition to writing a character profile, it would be appreciated if you would include a sample of your writing.
